Terry Lloyd Inquest: Survivor gives testimony

The only man to survive the attack which killed ITV News Correspondent Terry Lloyd described today how he thought he was also going to die. Their crew car was caught in crossfire in Iraq on the road to Basra. Cameraman Daniel Demoustier told the inquest into Terry Lloyd's death that all hell had broken lose.
