TERRORISM: Police search properties of terror suspects / Ruth Kelly meets Muslim community leaders

As police search woodland and properties across east London for evidence of the alleged airline bombing plot - the Community Secretary Ruth Kelly vowed to step up the "battle for hearts and minds" to tackle the radicalisation of Muslim youth. But community leaders are asking why government representatives have been noticeably absent -- and why joint projects with moderate Muslim groups have yet to materialise.
