New Orleans electronica duo Telefon Tel Aviv left their former label, the Chicago based Hefty Records, in favor of Ellen Allien's heralded Bpitch Control for their third record. Immolate Yourself finds the group headed in a new direction. Perhaps its because they're fresh off of a remix comp (2007's Remixes Compiled), but Telefon Tel Aviv seems more interested in hip-shaking dance music than chin-scratching IDM this time around.
