Teenagers living in knife crime 'hotspots' say they carry weapons to feel safe, according to a BBC poll.A scheme to reduce knife crime, run by the Home Office, has covered 10 key areas of England and Wales.The BBC's Jim Reed has been given exclusive access to a project in Nottingham for teenagers caught carrying knives.
