Tar Heels Rout Spartans For NCAA Hoops Title

North Carolina beat Michigan State, 89-72, to win its fifth NCAA basketball championship. Ty Lawson had 21 points and eight steals for the Tar Heels. Tyler Hansbrough added 18 points for North Carolina in a game that never seemed in doubt.
