
(NECN/ABC) - The H1N1 swine flu has killed more people than previously thought. Four-thousand Americans have already died from the virus. That is more than three times an earlier estimate. Forty-thousand have been hospitalized with the virus. Federal officials said the death toll is higher because deaths caused by flu-related complications are being counted. Many doctors said the best protection against this virus remains the vaccine. Problem is -- there is still a shortage. read more
