Surcharge Hike Hits Taxi Riders In NYC
This morning it's more expensive to jump in a cab in the Big Apple. At midnight, all cab fares went up 50 cents. That increases the base rate from $2.50 to $3.00. CBS 2's Mary Calvi reports.
