Study: Garden State Nearing Fiscal Catastrophe

New Jersey Governor-Elect Chris Christie sure has his work cut out for him, especially when it comes to the state's fiscal crisis. A new study finds the Garden State among the top ten states near catastrophe. CBS 2's Jay Dow has more.
