US singing sensation Barbara Streisand has been making the most out of her popularity with fans across the world - literally.Tickets for Streisand's European tour have been fetching up to £500 with some dates being cancelled due to a row over the inflated prices. But for those who could afford it Streisand treated concert-goers on Wednesday to her first performance in London in 13 years.Streisand thanked her fans onstage: "I haven't performed here since 1994, when I began my first concert tour, and now I am ending my first European tour in the same city, so there is a lovely kind of symmetry, right?"The US leg of Streisand's tour broke box-office records and the star is ending with three dates in the capital at the O2 Arena.Surprisingly, the international superstar had only ever played a few concerts outside of North America before taking her show across Europe.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
