Storm Watch: Montclair Community Flooded, Again

Every time it pours, one group of homeowners in New Jersey is forced to deal with a nightmare. It has happened for decades, and they say those responsible for the problem are not helping out. CBS 2's Christine Sloan reports from Upper Montclair.
