State steps in to save Satyam

The three eminent business men will meet at Satyam headquarters in Hyderabad at about 0400 GMT on Monday to lay out a roadmap for restoring confidence of clients and staff following revelations of a massive accounting fraud, after the co-founders of the company were arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy and forgery.
