This video was shot as a research experiment to add on-camera training as part of the Audition Workshop at the school. The experiment was to film or video-tape scenes for the students enrolled in that class. This would give the student on-camera training as well as clips that they may be able to use on their actors demo DVD to send out to key industry casting departments.

The project was so successful that afterwards, considerable funds were poured into the project to hire tech people to perfect these projects and make the productions more polished, creating a more professional look.

They are designed to create the illusion that these clips originated from an actual full feature film.that the actors appeared in. To further add to that illusion, the students are now taken out to shoot these scenes outside the classroom at locations appropriate for whatever scene chosen by the student. In addition, the students function as crew members for each other under the guidance of trained tech personnel. This gives the additional experience of being behind the camera if they do decide to move in that direction. Furthermore is helps the actor decide how to adjust his or her performance as it may best suit camera angles and lighting situations etc.
