Walk out all the way until your shoelaces are on the ball. Contract your adductors (inner thighs) squeezing your legs and feet together. Rotate your torso turning your feet. The ball should roll on the ground laterally the direction you turn. Perform as many twists as you would like then walk back to the original position and repeat.
