South Shore Line Tries To Accommodate Packed Trains

One rail line in the Chicago area is having a hard time accommodating the extra passengers. Ridership on the South Shore line, which runs from South Bend, Ind., to downtown, jumped 7 percent last year and is up 10 percent this year because of construction on the Dan Ryan Expressway.
