Somalia: A safe haven for Al Qaeda?

Nov. 3: Somalia's al Qaida aligned al-Shabab militants have tightened their violent and harrowing grip on areas of the country. They have put vicious new rules in place and imposed brutal punishment on people they say are violating their radical brand of Islamic law.
