Sienna Miller has hit the red carpet for the US premiere of her first major movie. The British actress, wore a glittery white 60s-style mini-dress covered in tassels, silver Burberry shoes and jewellery by Stephen Webster and Hearts on Fire for the Factory Girl ceremony in New York.Sienna, who plays Andy Warhol's muse Edie Sedgwick, stars alongside former Neighbours heart-throb Guy Pearce. The movie has already attracted controversy, after folk singer Bob Dylan threatened legal action. He apparently believes it falsely implies that the break-up of his alleged affair with Sedgwick, which he has always denied having, led to her suicide. In the film his character is played Billy Quinn, a composite of Dylan, Doors star Jim Morrison and Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger.Dylan's lawyers said the portrayal was defamatory even though it does not use his name.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
