Robert Shiller, chief economist at MacroMarkets LLC and a professor at Yale University, talks with Bloomberg's Kathleen Hays in New York about U.S. November home prices, the outlook for foreclosures and the economy. Prices fell 7.7 percent from a year earlier after dropping 6.1 percent in October, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index. The decline is the biggest since the 20-city index was started in 2000. (Source: Bloomberg)
