


Don Shepard, chief executive officer of Aegon NV, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Barton from the Hague about third-quarter profit reported today, the outlook for impairments on its subprime investments and the appointment of Chief Operating Officer Alexander Wynaendts as his successor from April.
