Serbian anti-drugs police arrest 500

Police in Serbia say they have arrested more than 500 people in what they say is the country's biggest ever anti-drugs operation.Authorities say over 2,000 police officers were involved in raids across Serbia which resulted in the mass seizure of fake banknotes, weapons, ammunition and luxury cars.From Belgrade, Mark Lowen reports.
