Senate's Inaction Leaves Bloomberg Steamed

It was business as usual for the N.Y. Senate on Tuesday night as it gaveled in and out of a special legislative session without accomplishing anything. The problem this time is they angered NYC Mayor Bloomberg. Marcia Kramer reports.
