Save A Horse, Ride A Snow Plow?

The annual Snowplow Rodeo took place in Danvenport, Iowa for all snowplow drivers from around the quad cities. Drivers had to weave between some cones and perform some other tricky maneuvers, Amelia Santaniello reports (0:26).
