Sarasvati: Yellow Goddess Dressing

Sarasvati is our yellow goddess, as she is celebrated in the spring with the color, at the same time of the mustard seed harvest. We made her dressing with a kefir base, and added curry powder, turmeric, and some lemon to the mix. This is a more liquidy dressing, perfect for grated veggies like carrots.
