Russia Ukraine sign gas deal

The neighbours say they will quickly restore supplies to Ukraine and the gas it transports across its territory to Europe. Ukraine will buy Russian gas in 2009 for 20 percent less than European market prices. Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
