Russia restarts gas flow to Europe

Several European countries have been left for days without Russian fuel during freezing mid-winter conditions. But the row between Russia and ex-Soviet state Ukraine isn't yet fully resolved, and Moscow isn't supplying gas to Ukraine itself. Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
