Russia admits police corruption
Russia's government has admitted that parts of the country's police force have been turned into what it describes as "criminal businesses".The statement comes after a senior policeman in southern Russia posted a video on the internet appealing for the prime minister to tackle the problem.Richard Galpin reports from Moscow.
