ROYAL: Princess Diana death inquest to be heard before a jury

It is a remarkable turnaround - 12 jury members made up of ordinary men and women will now hear the inquest into the death of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed. Today three high court judges ruled that a decision by the Royal coroner Dame Elizabeth Butler-Sloss to take the case on her own was unlawful. They said a jury was needed to reassure the public that an open and fair investigation was taking place. Dodi's father, Mohammed Al-Fayed who brought the case, has welcomed its conclusion and called for the Duke of Edinburgh and Prince Charles to give evidence.
