Illinois Sen. Roland Burris, who was appointed to the Senate by impeached Governor Rod Blagojevich, says that while he was "honored" to be part of the Senate, he will not be a candidate in the 2010 state Senate election, the reason being he will find it hard to raise funds for a campaign.
