Its a prototype guys. Not a bad early attempt. Mimicking the movements of bipedal ambulation are not easy for a robot or a computer (or computer programmer). They are simply learning. Did you not read the printed text on the screen.
I see this being totally useless. It takes up MORE space than a wheel chair and can handle less terrain variations, and would be MUCH harder for a handicapped operator to recover if it fell over, thus it is inferior to a wheel chair in every way
