Rick Stanley and Free Speech

Attorney John Klar describes the details of the free speech case Stanley vs State of Colorado, which will be brought before the United States Supreme Court on March 28th, 2008. Rick Stanley was convicted after sending a letter to two judges, in which he threatened to issue an arrest warrant for their alleged abuses of Stanley's Constitutional rights. No other person in US case law history has ever been incarcerated for simply threatening to issue an arrest warrant.
