The New York Times reported Sammy Sosa was on a list of 104 players who tested positive for an unidentified performance-enhancing drugs in 2003. Former SI columnist Rick Reilly retells his story of challenging Sosa to a drug test back in 2002, which Sosa declined (Reilly wrote a column about it in SI a week later).
