Report: Schuler Smoked Marijuana Regularly

The sister-in-law of Diane Schuler, the driver in the tragedy on the Taconic crash, tells investigators Schuler was a heavy drinker and smoked marijuana daily. CBS 2's Rob Morrison reports.
