Report due on cheating parents

Parents who lie to get their children into good schools should face tougher sanctions, an official report is expected to say.At the moment the only punishment for trying to cheat the system is to have the disputed school place taken away.But a report into school admissions in England is thought to recommend punishments, possibly fines, for parents who break the rules.Sarah Campbell reports.
