Removing Human Bot Fly From Dudes Back

According to Wikipedia a botfly larvae is transported by a mosquito and after a bite inserts itself under the skin and develops for 8 weeks unless its pulled out as shown in this video. Pretty friggin disgusting, good luck today with lunch.
