Raw Video: Fire Destroys Reno Apartment Complex

An overnight fire destroyed most of a high-end apartment complex under construction in Reno, NV. A Fire Department spokesman says as many as 22 of 36 buildings went up in flames. It's not clear what started the blaze. (July 30)
