Raw Video: Antioch Baby Rescued From Near Drowning

A 10-month-old baby who was revived by her father after falling into a swimming pool in Antioch Wednesday morning is expected to make a full recovery, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District spokeswoman Emily Hopkins said.
