Raw Video: 33 Rescued From Sinking Boat In Calif.

The Coast Guard rescued 33 people, 27 of them children, from an 85-foot vessel that was sinking in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta this afternoon, a Coast Guard petty officer said.
