Queen begins Commonwealth relay
The Queen has launched the countdown to the Commonwealth Games in India next year.The Queen placed a message inside a baton at Buckingham Palace which will travel all the way to Delhi for the opening ceremony on 3 October 2010.India's President Pratibha Patil received the baton before passing it on to India's first individual Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra and Lord Coe.
