PVS Junior Olympic Championships 400 Yard Freestyle Relay

Lane 6 (third from the right) is Jonah's team. Jonah swam the anchor leg. He started about 1:45 into the video clip. He had a very strong swim and overtook two other swimmers. (He is roughly at the center of the screen.) His split time for 100 yard was 57 seconds, a 5-second improvement from less than two months ago. That time placed him within top 10 of all the 11-12 boys in the Washington D.C. area. Jonah also swam in the 200 yard freestyle relay, where his team broke the club record.
