Procter & Gamble Reaches Pollution Settlement

P&G agreed to pay $68 million to the city, will to clean-up the site in Santa Monica and will provide the city with land for a new treatment facility. The L.A. Regional Water Quality Control Board has to approve the settlement. Randy Paige reports.
