
Organisers of the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme have insisted it has an "exemplary safety record", after Prince Edward caused a stir for suggesting that youngsters saw the risk of death as part of the attraction of the scheme.The Prince was speaking in Australia where he was asked about an Australian teenager who died on a hiking trip.Nick Bryant reports from Sydney.
