(NECN/ABC News) - He may be thousands of miles from home, but that did not deter President Obama from addressing issues that directly effect American foreign policy and its future. Saturday morning, Pres. Obama delivered remarks in Tokyo's Suntory Hall before a scheduled visit to U.S. embassy employees and families. Taking the stage at a cavernous Tokyo concert hall, President Obama called himself the first "Pacific" American president.
