My cousin Luca told me a warrior would be coming to recruit me. What’s his name again? The Warrior of Loregard, but we call him the Warrior of Ice. Wonderful! I am brave, I hope he’ll choose me. The power of the dragonflame burns within my heart. Do you think he will take me in his army? Of course, have you not heard the messenger? Look! They’re so good. I’m sure the Warrior will take them in his army. They’re so brave! And strong! And gorgeous! They’re the kind of man I’d want to marry. When will he be here? I don’t know, by the end of the morning at most. Are you sure it’s really him, Arwald? I firmly believe it : he’s got the Emerald Sword. The prophecy has spoken the truth. No one before him had managed to reach it. He solved the mystery of the tree keys? But … how? According to the messenger, the Warrior of Ice went to the Argon’s glade. There, he faced his worst fears that were reflected in the mirror of shadows. He overcame his madness and obtained the first key. But for the second, he had to face Tharos, the bloody dragon, keeper of the key, which was hidden in the marshes of Chaos. He killed the dragon? No, Airin. Actually, he spared his life, something that most knights wouldn’t have done… Tharos was released from his spell. Now he can fly freely again! That’s what got me to believe he’s the Chosen one. Only he can be so merciful. Tharos gave him the second key and told him about the legend of Ikaren. The Warrior headed to the border between the Middle Forest and the Lands of Chaos. There he found the last key and he opened the Ivory Gates. That’s how he got the holy Emerald Sword, the weapon of positive force. Now, our victory against the Forces of Evil is assured. As long as the sword doesn’t fall into Akron’s clutches. It’s him. I am the Warrior of Loregard. Proud fighter against the invasions of Akron and the Shadow Lord. Our land is threatened, my friends, as is our freedom. No one will be able to escape. Akron, cruel as he is, won’t spare anyone. He’ll spread horror, death and chaos everywhere he’ll strike. He will kill you, men, after torturing you. And for you, the women, you’ll be raped and then slaughtered. Even the children won’t be spared. Our beautiful Enchanted Lands will be destroyed if we don’t act. Never again will we hear the melody of the forest, the soft singing of the birds, the streaming of the nature, the wind in the leaves across the valleys and the mountains… Only blood and ashes will remain. So I’m asking you : which one of you believes in freedom? In justice? Is there a warrior here worthy of the Enchanted Lands, ready to fight and die for it’s sake! So follow me and with the Emerald Sword, we’ll bring back peace! Do we really stand a chance to save the Enchanted Lands?
