More than ten years after girl power was at its most potent, the Spice Girls are to make their comeback. They are beginning a world tour that is expected to make them all 10 million pounds richer - and that's not counting the sponsorships and spin-offs. Despite a blaze of publicity however, sales of their single and album have been flagging. So is spice appeal fading?
