Police Officer Prevents Second Dimona Bomber From Blowing Up

Supt. Kobi Mor, shot and killed the second terrorist as he attempted to activate the bomb belt he wore, his actions prevented a seond bomb blast and further loss of life. Hours after the attack Defense Minister Ehud Barak arrived at the scene to receive an update. Barak later told Dimona's mayor that a security fence would be constructed along the Egyptian border by the end of 2010. Meanwhile the two terrorists originally from Gaza were able to cross into Israel via Egypt due to the breached Rafah border crossing. Sources in the Shin Bet told Infolive.tv that the security establishment estimates tens of terorists have taken advantage of the situation to launch attacks in Israel, and fear that some may already have crossed the border.04/02/08
