Police chief on Orlando shooting

A gunman has been apprehended after killing one person and injuring five others at an office building in Orlando, Florida, US police say.Orlando police chief Val Demings said 40-year-old Jason Rodriguez surrendered to police at his mother's home after officers saw him through a window and asked him to come out.
