Police have said a second body found in the garden of a house in Margate is believed to be that of missing Dinah McNicol.Dinah's father Ian McNicol said he was "elated" and could now "die in peace" knowing his daughter's body had probably been found. The 18-year-old Essex student went missing in 1991, the same year as Scottish schoolgirl Vicky Hamilton - whose remains were found buried at the house in Margate earlier this week.Peter Lowton, Assistant Chief Constable of Essex Police, said the height of the new body, clothing and jewellery was consistent with it being that of Dinah's.He also said police were awaiting "urgent analysis" of the remains. The body of Vicky Hamilton was found at the house on Monday but police pledged to continue the search for missing teenager Dinah.Vicky went missing from the town of Bathgate, West Lothian, in 1991 - more than 490 miles from where her body was unearthed. A 61-year-old man, Peter Tobin, has been charged with her murder.Essex Police originally believed the remains found at the address, where Tobin once lived, were those of Dinah.Police said it was "impossible to say" if there were more bodies to be found at the house. They promised to continue their search, whether or not the second set of remains are Dinah's.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
