Gordon Brown says that having the internet is as vital as having a water supply - and has promised that every home could have the option of broadband in three years.He set out his ideas in The Times newspaper ahead of the publication of Digital Britain - a government report on the future of broadcasting and the internet.The BBC's Industry Correspondent, Rory Cellan-Jones, reports.
