Pinole Police Solve 21-Year-Old Kidnap Case

Pinole Police say they have solved the 21-year-old kidnapping and murder of Amber Swartz Garcia. Police say convicted killer Curtis Dean Anderson was responsible for Swartz-Garcia's kidnap and back in 1988.
