Paterson Moves To Halt State Senators' Paychecks
The Albany circus, also known as the New York state Senate, is back in the spotlight today following an unproductive weekend. Gov. Paterson is moving to see the bickering politicians don't get paid for their inaction. CBS 2's Jay Dow has the story.
