Olympic Stars help celebrate Christmas with Barney

It's a weird kind of special. Barney and his female dog companion are charged with decorating the White House. If only all of Bush's appointees worked out this well. Barney eventually earns the approval of Olympic Gold winners Michael Phelps and Nastia Liukin.
